To provide you with the best prices and the latest products, we source our items directly from our manufacturing partners.

Please note that these are estimates. Factors such as customs processing or seasonal high volume may occasionally cause slight delays.

3. TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (managed through Klaviyo). You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s portal.

4. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Pettie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

Pettie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
